Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By receiving your booking confirmation, you automatically agree to the following booking terms. Cancellation Policy A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before the tour date. For cancellations 7 days before the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. From 6 days before the tour, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Payment Payment is made via invoice. The invoice will be issued after the booking confirmation and must be paid immediately upon receipt or at the latest before the tour begins. Additional Costs Admission fees, food & drink, and optional extras (e.g., teambuilding activities, tastings) are not included in the tour price and must be covered by the participants themselves. Weather Tours take place regardless of weather conditions. Rain is not a valid reason for cancellation. Only in cases of severe weather or danger (e.g., thunderstorms) can the tour be cancelled by Lamponi Events.
