Terms & Conditions – Lamponi Events

Registration & Payment

Registration for a tour must be made in writing (via email, contact form or WhatsApp) and is considered binding upon confirmation.
Payment must be made before the start of the tour, in cash or via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the event date.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made later or in the event of no-shows on the day of the event.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Admission Fees & Additional Services

Entrance fees (e.g. for museums, exhibitions, guided tours) are not included in the tour price and must be paid by participants.
Lamponi Events coordinates these activities, but the costs are covered by the participants.

The same applies to optional extras such as team-building activities, tastings or workshops. These are communicated in advance and billed separately.

Liability & Participation Requirements

Participation in all Lamponi Events is at your own risk and responsibility.
Lamponi Events accepts no liability for:

• Accidents, injuries or health issues

• Damage to bikes or loss of personal items

• Third-party services (e.g. restaurants, museums, transport)

Participants must be in good physical condition and have roadworthy equipment.
Route changes due to weather or safety considerations may occur.

Equipment (Helmet Required!) 

Participants must arrive with a technically sound bicycle and appropriate clothing and safety gear (including a helmet).
Wearing a bicycle helmet is mandatory on all tours.
Participants without a helmet may be excluded from the tour — no refund will be issued in such cases.

Tours take place outdoors — participants must bring suitable clothing for various weather conditions.

Arrival & Punctuality

Travel to and from the event is the responsibility of the participants and is not included in the services provided by Lamponi Events.
Delays may affect the course of the tour — no refund will be issued for late arrivals.

Weather Conditions

Tours generally take place in all weather conditions.
Bad weather is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Exceptions may be made in the case of extreme weather warnings or safety risks, at the discretion of the organizer.

Use of Photos

Photos may be taken during the tour.
Participants will be informed at the beginning of the tour and may opt out of photo use.
Participants may take their own photos, as long as others are not pictured without their consent.

​

Legal Framework

The applicable law is that of the Republic of Austria.
Place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.
